Do you accept international orders?
We accept all orders, foreign or domestic. As long as you have the ability to send payment by PayPal, we can help you. Be aware that all sales are final.
Will I receive copies of my book ready to upload?
Yes, you will receive copies of your book in PDF for print & digital, as well as a Mobi & Epub version for other e-reader devices. You will also receive a zip file including the html version of your book. All of these files will be ready to upload straight to the publishing venue of your choice.
Can you provide samples of your work?
Yes! We most certainly can. We have samples on hand of the work we have done for other customers. We will gladly show you samples before you decide to purchase. Just email us or fill out the form on the right to ask!
I’m having problems placing my order, what can I do?
Contact us by email and let us know if you're having trouble placing your order, we'll be sure to help you and figure out another way you can place an order with us.
What if I want a spot for Book of the Month but you don't have enough room?
Unfortunately, at this time, we can only provide one spot for Book of the Month. We will work on adding more spots in the future, however if you are interested in a spot, we can schedule ahead of time so your book can be placed at a later date .
